RussellStone Group – Pretoria North

The Pyramid Agri Hub, located to the north of Pretoria, stands as a pivotal element within RussellStone Group’s prospective property outlook. Transformed into a hub for sales, marketing, and distribution of the RussellStone Foods pillar, the necessity arose for the integration of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system to alleviate strain on the power grid, and for the procurement of clean energy, reducing the Agri Hub’s effect on the environment.

Together with HolmStone, renowned for their specialised knowledge in energy and carbon, phase I of the energy and carbon strategy was conceptualised and executed. With phase I now operational, an 84.5 kWp solar system graces the Pyramid Agri Hub, boasting the capability to generate 139,574 kWh annually.
