CO-GENERATION (CHP)
Our Combined Heat and Power (CHP) solutions, or Co-Generation, simultaneously produce electricity and heat from a single energy source, such as natural gas or biofuels, maximising efficiency and reducing energy costs. Designed for agribusinesses and industrial applications, CHP systems optimize fuel utilisation, cut carbon emissions, and provide a reliable, on-site energy supply, enhancing sustainability and operational resilience.
Natural Gas Boilers and Genset with heat exchangers
– 3MW electrical & 12MW thermal
Scope of Service
provides tailored CHP solutions that generate electricity and thermal energy from a single fuel source, often natural gas or biogas, suitable for industrial or large-scale commercial facilities.
1. Combined heat and power plant design and supply
2. Heat recovery systems and distribution piping
3. Electrical and thermal load analysis
4. Integration with existing infrastructure
5. Remote monitoring and technical support
Why Co-Generation (CHP)
CHP systems generate electricity and capture usable heat simultaneously, providing an efficient energy solution for facilities with high thermal demands.
• Increases overall energy efficiency (up to 80–90%)
• Reduces energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions
• Provides onsite power generation and resilience
• Eligible for various energy incentives and rebates

soya crushing plant
The energy plant for a soya crushing facility provides electricity, steam, and hot water. It includes two 1.5 MW natural gas-fired generators, each equipped with hot water heat exchangers and integrated steam heat recovery systems delivering 750 kg/h of steam. Additionally, the plant features three steam boilers with a combined capacity of 12 MW. The total plant capacity is 3 MW electrical and 13 MW thermal.
